DALLAS — A judge has ordered life in prison without parole for a Dallas-area man convicted of sexually abusing his daughter for years.

Investigators say the girl was abused since age 7, became pregnant at 13 and gave birth last July. She and the infant are now in foster care.

DNA testing done for the trial revealed that the victim is not the 35-year-old man's biological daughter. Jurors convicted him Wednesday of continuous sexual abuse of a child.

Another daughter, who is 12 and now in foster care, last year told a counselor about her pregnant sister and seeing the father in bed with the teen.

The mother of the girls, who at times did not live at the home, has not been charged.

The man's name is not being used to protect the identities of the daughters.
